From the 8th of August onwards, the openEO platform and EOPlaza/Terrascope will enable a check on the credit balance that is associated with your account.
In normal circumstances, you have a positive credit balance and this shouldn’t have any impact. You can check your credit balance via this EOPlaza page: https://portal.terrascope.be/billing
In case your credit balance is low, there are a few options:
- In case you have a subscription via the network of resources, you may want to contact us to ensure that it is correctly set.
- If you do not have a subscription yet, consider requesting one via Network of Resources. (https://openeo.cloud/esa-network-of-resources-funding/)
- Via EOPlaza, you can also purchase a subscription or top up your credits at any time.
