The primary platform for questions, discussions, and feedback is the openEO Platform Forum. This is the place where all requests should start so that we can get a variety of team members and users involved. Also, your support request could help other users solve similar issues they face.
For all issues that are account-related or contain private information such as billing details, you can go through our help desk. Please note that you do not send us an e-mail if you simply want to register as an Early Adopter. You can find all the information you need to sign up for the Early Adopters directly here.
We are also active on Twitter and publish news there. If you are not yet registered on openEO Platform, you may send us a dm (direct message) through Twitter, too.
